Alycia Kaback The IT Factor Philadelphia
The IT Factor with Alycia Kaback is the bridge connecting undiscovered talent with the pros through its 4 brands: VIP Talent Connect, Kaback Model Management, Colby Models and the NYC Women’s Empowerment Summit. Together these brands form a talent development powerhouse, representing and helping manage talent to get to the next level – both nationally and internationally.
Alycia Kaback realized early on that connections were the key to making it in this business. That is why she used her connections to produceVIP Talent Connect Summits to help young industry hopefuls have a chance of breaking in and achieving their dreams.
Alycia’s connections brought her the opportunity produce The Mandala Maker, which received Oscar buzz. Then all because of the network connections she gained as a producer, she moved on to create The IT Factor on CBS Digital Radio. The show is designed to give young women and men the ‘industry friend’ and role model they need. The show featured hot, young, celebrity guests, topical issues, beauty and fashion, current “IT” topics and advice along with open discussion on socially important matters. The show led to The IT Factor productions, a broader term encompassing all of Alycia’s projects.
The IT Factor is opening new doors for our growing roster of talent and industry execs, which includes models from America’s Next Top Model, Academy Award-winning directors and multi Grammy Award winners and so much more.
